Originally the Dominion Felt Works, the industrial building at 41 Shanly Street has been transformed into one of the best residential buildings in the city. It now houses 10 suites, all featuring spacious open concept living, gorgeous exposed brick, airy ceilings and massive windows. Suites are two and three storey.

41 Shanly was converted into a loft building in 1981 by Mitchell & Associates, well before lofts were considered "hot".
