Developed by Great Gulf Homes, this 44 storey building will be the newest addition to the Corridor. Interior designs by Cecconi Simone.

Suites will have 8 and 9 ft ceilings, with choice of granite or corian countertops, porcelain or ceramic backsplash and undermounted sinks. All appliances are standard but stainless steel is available as an upgrade. Flooring choice is either 40 oz carpet or pre finished engineered floor. Sliding doors and insulated double windows finished it off. Each unit will be individually metered for hydro with the unit not being in the suites themselves.

Club X is located on the entire 3rd floor and will consist of guest suites, a pool, hot tub, steam rooms, aerobics room, gym, dance studio, game room, viewing room, pool tables, dinning room, and library.
