Bisha is the actually the nickname of one of the developers Charles Khabouth, head of INK Entertainment. Ink Entertainment and Lifetime developments have teamed up to develop the land at 56 Blue Jay Way Using the original historical façade of Diesel Playhouse the building will be a mixed residents with both a residential and hotel aspect. The residential units will be located on the 12th -39th floor while the hotel guest rooms will be located from floor 4-10th floor . The hotel with have a ballroom on the 3rd floor with lobby functions on the 2nd floor. The building will feature a 24 hour café, two resturants and a rooftop swimming pool. Both floor plans and interior finishes will be done by renowed Munge. Prices are said to start around the mid $300's.
