True to its name, The Church Lofts was once a century-old neo-gothic church,constructed at the turn of the century, in 1906. Located just off the Bloor Street strip in a residential neighbourhood, it is steps away from several parks, schools, shops and amenities, as well as Korean Town and Dufferin Mall.
The Church Lofts features 28 lofts, some with two levels. Because of its heritage, it has majestic restored stained glass windows and skylights, as well as vaulted ceilings. There have been restorations to the original masonry, wood doors and period light fixtures.
While many true lofts offer nothing in the way of amenities, The Church Lofts provides residents with rooftop decks and a multipurpose room.
