The Gotham Lofts houses forty-seven Toronto loft units on six levels. Located on King Street West, just west of Bathurst Street, the Gotham Lofts is one of the few mill-style loft condominium complexes in Toronto. Carved from a 1917 harness factory, the building has one bedroom suites ranging from 625 square feet to 1360 square feet, and 1 bedroom plus den/2 bedroom suites ranging from 1145 square feet to 1900 square feet.
