110 Hepbourne Street
Located at 110 Hepbourne Street, the Toronto loft building, Hepbourne Hall, was originally constructed as a collegiate gothic style extension to the Dovercourt-St. Paul's Presbyterian Church. Conn Smythe was a Church elder and taught Sunday school there. As a sidecar, the building's gym was also used by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1940s as an off season training facility.
Several units in this twenty-one unit 1990 Toronto loft conversion have the original gym maple flooring (cleaned, sanded and relaid) installed in their living spaces.
