This modern Toronto loft conversion is one of the only loft alternatives located on the "Yonge and Eligible" strip. The Developer, Bruce Greenberg, took this once 1950's office building with 11 ft ceilings and added his own flare by adding large multipaned windows as well as hardwood or concrete floors.

The Soho Lofts only houses an exclusive 60 suites. Suites sizes range from 600 sq feet to 1100 sq ft. The building includes such amenities as a fitness room and party room.
